My Business Philosophy
I believe that the client deserves to receive the utmost professionalism in both services and communications. For this reason, I will always treat clients and potential clients with the respect that they expect and deserve. I will never belittle a client’s work and all work entrusted to me, along with any communications about it will be kept strictly confidential.
I believe that the client should know ahead of time, exactly what services I will provide, and what my fees for those services will be. To that end, I will provide the client with a letter of understanding describing exactly what they can expect from me and what I expect from them prior to accepting and starting any project.
No one likes to be kept waiting, and I will not keep a client waiting. If I give an expected completion date, you can expect to have your edited work back on or before that date. Should the unforeseen circumstance arise, I will notify the client immediately and work hard to make sure that we resolve any issues together and to our mutual satisfaction.
